The client had a clear vision of the product they wanted, and it was for us to realize this. We developed a CNC-produced framework to support all the timbers, which allowed for the installation of the plywood panels, including the curved end. This enabled the zinc fitters to install the their zinc plate.
Accoya timber and Tyicoya paneling provide a durable, low-maintenance solution for this balustrade. Certain design elements were adjusted from the original architect's drawings, through effective collaboration with the client.
The dormers were manufactured off-site and were then lifted into their designated positions as the roof construction commenced. This approach facilitated a more efficient and streamlined installation process during the roofing phase of the project.
